These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a binding legal document between the xbaij platform ("xbaij", "we", "our") and every individual ("you", "user") who uses its website and related services. By accessing the xbaij website or using its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using xbaij services.
1 Definitions and Scope
The key terms used in this document have the following meanings:
- "Platform" — xbaij's website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
- "User" or "Member" — any person who has created an account on xbaij and uses the platform's services.
- "Account" — the user's registered profile that grants access to xbaij's services.
- "Wager" or "Bet" — an amount placed from the user's account on any game or sporting event.
- "Real Money" — actual Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) deposited into the user's account.
- "Bonus Balance" — an amount earned through promotions that becomes withdrawable after meeting specified wagering requirements.
These terms apply to all individuals using the xbaij platform from Bangladesh. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that use of online gaming services is permitted under their local laws.
2 Account Registration
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on xbaij, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. If information provided at registration is found to be false, xbaij reserves the right to close the account at any time and the associated balance may be forfeited.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any winnings or bonuses will be considered void.
2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
xbaij may at any time request documents such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other documents to verify a user's identity. Withdrawals may be put on hold until the verification process is complete. If a user fails to provide the requested documents, the account may be restricted or closed.
3 Age Restrictions
To use xbaij's services, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. Participation on this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
By registering an account, you declare that you are 21 years of age or older and are playing with your own funds. If xbaij suspects that an account holder is a minor, that account will be immediately suspended and the necessary documents will be requested for age verification.
If a user is found to be a minor, the account will be permanently closed, all transactions will be voided, and any winnings will be forfeited.

4 Account Security
4.1 Protecting Your Login Details
It is your responsibility to keep your xbaij account password and login details completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
4.2 Reporting Suspicious Activity
If you believe that someone has accessed your account without authorisation, notify us immediately at [email protected]. xbaij reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
4.3 Technical Security
xbaij uses SSL encryption technology to keep user data and transactions secure. However, users are themselves responsible for ensuring the security of their own devices and networks.
5 Deposits and Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
The following methods can be used to make deposits on xbaij: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. Deposits must come from your own account — third-party accounts or credit cards are not permitted.
5.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit, or a method specified by xbaij.
5.3 Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails or remains pending, contact the support team immediately. xbaij is responsible for processing transactions but is not liable for technical errors on the part of payment gateways.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering
xbaij complies with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. xbaij may put transactions on hold and request additional information to review any unusual or suspicious transactions.
6 Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 Welcome Bonus
xbaij offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be met to use this bonus.
For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. To make this bonus withdrawable, a total of ৳30,000 (bonus × 15) must be wagered.
6.2 General Bonus Terms
- After receiving a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within a specified time limit.
- Amounts won using bonus balance will be converted to real money before withdrawal.
- Promotions cannot be combined with one another unless specifically stated.
- xbaij reserves the right to change, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent claiming of bonuses may result in account closure.
6.3 VIP Program
xbaij's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%, Silver — up to 0.8%, Gold — up to 1.1%, and Platinum — up to 1.5%. Higher tiers can be reached through active play.
7 Gaming Rules
7.1 Fair Play
All games on xbaij are operated under fair and transparent principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality. If a technical error occurs in a game outcome, xbaij reserves the right to cancel that round and return the wagered amount.
7.2 Sports Betting
You can place bets on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC), football, and other sporting events. If an event is cancelled or declared void, the relevant wager amount will be returned. In the case of odds changes, the odds applicable at the time the bet was placed will apply.
7.3 Live Casino
If a network disconnection or any technical issue occurs during a live casino game, xbaij will handle the situation with the utmost care. However, xbaij is not liable for connection issues on the user's side.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the xbaij platform:
- Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to conduct games or betting.
- Colluding secretly with other users to attempt to influence game outcomes.
- Hacking or reverse-engineering the platform's software or exploiting any technical vulnerability.
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Bonus fraud — attempting to claim the welcome bonus multiple times under different identities.
- Threatening or harassing other users.
- Running advertisements or promotions for the platform without xbaij's permission.
Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
9 Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the xbaij platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, code, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of xbaij or its licensors.
Copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or commercially using any content without xbaij's written permission is prohibited. Game providers — Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others — own their respective intellectual property rights.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbaij is not liable for:
- Financial losses arising from gaming or betting — losing money in gaming is possible and the user accepts this risk themselves.
- Losses caused by internet connection issues or problems with the user's device.
- Losses caused by errors or delays on the part of third-party payment providers.
- Losses caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or circumstances beyond xbaij's control.
11 Account Suspension and Closure
11.1 Closure by xbaij
xbaij reserves the right to investigate, suspend, or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of terms or participation in prohibited activities.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Bonus fraud or operating multiple accounts.
- Failure or non-cooperation with KYC verification.
- Legal or regulatory reasons.
11.2 Closure by the User
You may request to close your own account at any time. Contact the support team for Self-Exclusion or a temporary break. At the time of account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid real money balance, but unused bonuses will be cancelled.
12 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between xbaij and a user will first be addressed through dialogue. Email your dispute-related complaint to [email protected] — we will aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours.
In disputes relating to balances or game outcomes, xbaij's server logs will be considered the definitive evidence. In disputes relating to transactions, the payment provider's records will be reviewed.
13 Changes to Terms
xbaij reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. Registered users will be notified by email following any changes and this page will reflect the updates.
Continuing to use the platform after updated terms and conditions have been published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the option to request closure of your account.
